- Leaders are flexible/adaptable and stay committed to their goals while also being consistent to the end game. Thus they are always dynamic and willing to make changes if the initial plan does not work.
- Leaders have good communication skills, are excellent communicators and listeners. Great leaders are able to inspire their teams though speech and ability to pass a message across with clarity to get the followers motivated. They are able to effectively communicate, negotiate, mentor and listen to the team members.
